Best Practice Guidelines in the Covid Era: Building Managers, Committees and Residents.

The Coronavirus pandemic poses a specific set of challenges for the Strata community throughout Australasia.

SCA national, working closely with SCA Victoria, have prepared a series of best practice guides to assist Building Managers, Committees and residents of Strata navigate the current emergency. SCA WA have made some slight amendments to these documents for the WA context.

Members are encouraged to read and pass on these documents to the relevant stakeholders.

SCA WA will continue to work with its SCA national and its sister organisations in other states to ensure that members get the guidance they need during this time.

Strata Community Association WA

Strata Community Association WA, formerly the Strata Titles Institute of WA, is an affiliate representing Strata Community Association in Western Australia. Strata Community Association (SCA) is the peak national body for the strata sector in Australia representing strata management professionals, associated service providers and owners of strata-titled property.

Stata Community Association WA changed from the Strata Titles Institute of WA in July 2011.
