SCA (WA) Member Advisory Service

The advisory service is provided solely for general information purposes, and should not be taken as constituting legal advice. You may consider seeking independent legal advice to see if the information provided by SCA (WA) relates to your circumstances. Open fortnightly on TUESDAY between 10am and 11am on 9382 2395.
The Advisory Service is open  on the following dates throughout 2017:
10 January, 24 January, 7 February, 21 February, 7 March, 21 March, 4 April, 18 April, 2 May, 16 May, 30 May, 13 June, 27 June, 11 July, 25 July, 8 August, 22 August, 5 September, 19 September, 3 October, 17 October, 31 October, 14 November, 28 November, 5 December, 19 December.

The advisory line is a member only sevice and offers general information to property owners in relation to matters affecting management or use of strata titled property. The aim of our advisory line is to enable better understanding of strata regulations, obligations, and owners’ rights, operated by member volunteers who are experienced Strata Consultants, join SCA (WA) now to utilise this service.

Membership of Strata Community Australia (WA) is open to anyone with an interest in strata schemes.

Fee payable for non members which is redeemable for membership

WA Corporate Strata Manager

Open to companies or person/s operating a business that manages strata companies.

WA Corporate Strata Services

Open to companies or person/s operating a business that provides goods or servicesd to the strata sector.

WA Strata Communities/Lot Owners - Large Scheme

Available for Strata Communities with more than 10 lots. Large scheme members can nominate up to 3 committee members for free who will be able to access all owner member benefits.

WA Strata Communities/Lot Owners - Small Scheme

Available for Strata Communities with 10 or less lots. Small scheme members can nominate up to 2 committee members for free, who will be able to access all owner member benefits.

WA Strata Owners - Individual Member

Open to individual Lot Owners to assist with navigating the complex area that is the strata titles. We are committed to the ongoign support and education of Lot Owners.
