SCA WA has asked for clarification on eligibility for strata schemes
In support of WA resident’s recovery from COVID-19, Mark McGowan has announced the $600 Household Electricity Credit, set to boost household spending and our local economy. The rebate is fittingly being funded with monies recovered in the Bell Group settlement from the early 1990s and retained by the Insurance Commission. Applicable to Synergy and Horizon Power customers, an anticipated 1.1 million households will receive the relief payment. Strata Companies have a mix of commercial and residential tariffs, plus other arrangements, like embedded networks. SCA (WA) has requested a response from the parliamentary secretary regarding the rebate entitlement of Strata Companies. Watch this space.
