Accommodation

Accommodation rates have been negotiated for Senior Leaders Retreat delegates at the venue, The Myst Dong Khoi.

The hotel has been designed by local architect and combines modern spaces with the relics of Saigon's past to create a sophisticated venue.

Located in the heart of District 1 in Ho Chi Minh City, The Myst is located near the Saigon river and a 15 minute walk (or less) from locations such as the Saigon Opera House, Ho Chi Minh City Hall and Ben Thanh Market.

The venue includes a rooftop pool, air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, Spa, fitness centre and complimentary afternoon tea in the restaurant for guests.

SCA (WA) have negotiated a special rate for delegates to use, which will International Buffet Breakfast and up to three pieces of laundry per day.

SCA (WA) Accommodation Rate:

VND 3,000,000 includes Tax and Service charge

(Approximately $185 per night depending on conversion rate).

VND 3,450,000 includes Tax and Service charge for double occupancy

(Approximately $215 per night depending on conversion rate).

Flights

Two airlines offer direct flights between Perth and Ho Chi Ming City, being VietJet and Vietnam Airlines.

Flights are roughly 6.5 hours in length.

Passport & Visa

Your Australian passport must be valid for at least 6 months prior to your stay in Vietnam and you must have at least two blank pages.

It is mandatory to obtain a visa for entry to Vietnam prior to arrival, this can be completed online.

 

There is an average wait time of 3-5 working days for visas to be processed. The cost for a visa is $25-$50.
