Social Program
The social aspect of an event like the Senior Leaders Retreat, is as important as the education at times.
The networking, collaboration and relationship building that occurs after the education day is done, which allow delegates to truly connect with others across the sector, and where conversation flows freely and ideas and discussions become plentiful. It is these connections that the 2025 Senior Leaders Retreat will be encouraging through our social program in Bali.
The delegate & partner program includes the welcome drinks and two dinners, however, we have added some additional activities outside the standard times of the retreat, which may be of interest to those attending.

Start your retreat on a high note at Azul Beach Club, a tropical paradise set against the stunning backdrop of Bali's coastline.
Located next door to the conference venue of Padma Resort, the Azul Beach Club, will provide a beautiful the informal yet captivating ambiance of our opening event. Indulge in an array of exquisite food and drink, as you forge new connections and rekindle old ones. This is the perfect setting to relax, network, and socialise with your peers in the strata community.

Thursday Evening Dinner
Join fellow leaders for a relaxing poolside dinner at Bali Mandira Beach Resort and Spa. Take this chance to connect, exchange stories, and take in the island atmosphere.
Enjoy a buffet dinner accompanied by live entertainment at the Balinese Stage, promising an enchanting evening filled with delicious food, great company, and engaging conversations.

Friday Evening Dinner
For your final evening enjoy a 3-course meal at the stunning Ku De Ta Restaurant, Beachclub & Bar.
This beach front location is the perfect place to close our 2025 Retreat as it encapsulates all the beauty that Bali has to offer.
Enjoy our final official evening of the SCA (WA) 2025 Senior Leaders Retreat and make the most of the opportunity to connect and network in paradise.

DRESS CODE
During the day, we ask that tops are worn in our dining areas.
In the evening (5pm and onwards), we request smart casual attire and do not permit singlets.
Matching ‘corporate’ or themed clothing are also not allowed without prior arrangement / approval by management.
We also do not permit alcohol branded apparel at anytime.
Optional Additional Events
Take the opportunity whilst in Bali to experience some of the culture and unique experiences which are available. Whilst not included within the official program, we will be organising two additional activities open to those who wish to participate. These are at an additional cost, however, will be an experience like none other for those who wish to join.
Green Village Tour & Model Making Course
Wednesday 19 March 2025 | 11:00am - 5:00pm
Join us for an experience like no other, as we travel to Bali's own Green eco-village, perched n the Ayung River and surrounded by forest. A tranquil compound hosting bamboo houses and villas. Situated near the world-famous Green School, the village has been recognised as one of Bali's most remarkable communities in sustainable living and housing.
Out tour will take us through a half day walking tour of the village, gathering in the communal dining area by the swimming pool before enjoying an informative guided tour around our bamboo houses. We will learn how the compound operates sustainably.
Additionally, we will have the opportunity to learn how to make a bamboo house architectural mock-up. Scaled structures made of hand-whittled bamboo sticks. Places are strictly limited at 20 for model making and will be allocated on a first in first serve basis. Those not wanting to partake in the model making are welcome to spend this time around the pool.

Boat Day Trip Experience
Saturday 22 March 2025 | 7:30am - 5:30pm
Enjoy a day exploring the island of Lembongan with this optional additional activity for just $165,
We will be collected from the Padma Resort and will then board a boat over to the Lembongan Beach Club.
We will then have five hours to enjoy the beach club, either relaxing by the pool, or taking part in activities like snorkeling, or banana boat rides or explore the coral reef restoration tour or the Lembongan village.
With lunch and snacks provided and return trip included, this will prove to be a magical end to the Leaders Retreat.
Not included in delegate registration. Individual bookings $165.
