SCA (WA) Membership
SCA (WA) is the peak industry body for people and organisations living or working in strata titles industry in WA.
Membership of SCA (WA) is open to anyone with an interest in strata schemes, including strata community managers and their staff, real estate agents, service providers to the strata industry, accountants, lawyers, and surveyors.

SCA (WA) is about bringing together professionals who understand the complex laws that govern strata/survey/strata property, with the people who live and work in strata communities. It also provides education, accreditation, advice, and advocacy to enable greater understanding of the legislative environment and individuals’ rights and obligations.

Corporate Strata Management Membership Fee*
From zero lots to 1,500 lots - $1,815.00
From 1,501 lots to 6,500 lots – $1,815.00 plus $1.21 per every lot above 1,500
From 6,501 lots and above - $7,865.00 plus $0.97 per every lot above 6,500
Professional Pathway Fee*
From zero lots to 2,500 lots - $550.00
From 2,501 lots and above - $0.22 per lot

Membership fees are calculated pro-rata per annum from SCA (WA) Board approval date. Membership fees will include pro-rata for Financial Year 23/24 if joining before 1 July 2024.
Membership includes an unlimited number of Strata Managers and Support Staff.
